Execution and Acceptance
By accessing DragonPulseSystems.digital or utilizing our proprietary trading systems, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Dragon Pulse Systems ("the Firm"). This environment is designed for sophisticated investors who understand the technical requirements of high-frequency data consumption.
If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must cease all interaction with our market intelligence tools immediately. We reserve the right to modify these parameters as the regulatory environment for digital asset analysis evolves. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes a formal acceptance of the revised protocol.

Market Signals & Data Integrity
Our market signals are generated through a combination of proprietary algorithmic models and historical backtesting. While we aim for the highest signal-to-noise ratio in the industry, all data provided is for informational and educational purposes only.
Platform Latency
We provide data "as-is." Factors beyond our control—including exchange API failures or global network congestion—may impact the delivery speed of critical updates.
Signal Usage
Signals are intended for direct platform subscribers. Any redistribution, scraping, or automated re-broadcasting of our data feed is a violation of this agreement.
Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their own hardware and localized network configurations are optimized to receive our elite trading system frameworks without interference.
Intellectual Property Protection
All code, visual interfaces, documentation, and mathematical models hosted on DragonPulseSystems.digital are the exclusive property of Dragon Pulse Systems. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform for personal, internal professional use.
Strictly Prohibited Actions:
- Reverse engineering our proprietary pulse detection algorithms.
- Using our frameworks to train competitive machine learning models.
- Circumventing site security or authentication protocols.
Risk Disclosure & Limitation of Liability
Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Dragon Pulse Systems is not a financial advisor, broker, or custodian. Our tools provide statistical insights, not direct financial advice.
The "No-Guarantee" Clause
Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Firm shall not be held liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages—whether direct, indirect, or consequential—arising from the use of our market data. You operate within the platform entirely at your own risk.
Governance and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who exhibits behavior contrary to the professional standards of the Trading Lab environment. This includes, but is not limited to, payment defaults, toxic conduct in community hubs, or suspected breach of data exclusivity.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tokyo.
